You will see 100 or so of the very best webcams from around the world showing fabulous scenery, lakes, rivers, animals, bridges,  towns, indoor cams, and much more. When the page is loaded you will see the most recent images from cameras who share their image. You may click on these to see them full size. Other thumbnails will show an archived image. Merlin Cam

   This camera is in real time and complete with sound. Merlin, a ten year old Rainbow Macaw, joined the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic's crew during a Pets at Sea event in 2006. Merlin is particularly fond of green grapes, peanuts, carrots, walnuts and yes, even crackers!  Since macaws can live to be 80 or 90 years old, you'll have plenty of chances to stop in for a visit.

Brocken Cam

   The rail line to the Brocken was opened in1898. The present station building was built in 1924 of granite. Initially trains only ran during the summer months due to the harsh winter weather conditions. Following the destruction in the final days of the Second World War the line to the Brocken was closed and only reopened again on 14 May 1949.

Roll Tide Retreat WebCam

   A boat dock on Weiss Lake located in northeastern Alabama that is owned and operated by the Alabama Power Company. The lake consists of 30,200 acres, all coming from the Coosa River, Chattooga River (Alabama–Georgia), and Little River, offering over 447 miles of shoreline and shallow flats, large coves, under-water drop offs and deep channels.

Portage Canal Lift Bridge

   Great view of the Portage Canal Lift Bridge. The Portage Lake Lift Bridge (officially the Houghton–Hancock Bridge) connects the cities of Hancock and Houghton, in the US state of Michigan, across Portage Lake, a portion of the waterway which cuts across the Keweenaw Peninsula with a canal linking the final several miles to Lake Superior to the northwest.

Somerset Kentucky

   This is the courthouse and town square in Somerset Kentucky. It is conveniently located in south-central Kentucky, Somerset offers a broad variety of fine art, culture, history, shopping, golf, dining and lodging, combined with a small town atmosphere.

TreeTops in Hoover

    This webcam is set up to watch the front yard and driveway of a residence in Hoover, Alabama. Although the street is very busy there is not a lot of activity here. The camera has a working example of a "live view" and archived images. It comes up in a pop-up window that can be resized to see more of the page. If you are interested in live views check it out. The camera runs the popular Blue Iris webcam software.

Arendal Norway

   A small town on the south coast of Norway, geographical boundaries were extended in 1992, the town now is the tenth largest in Norway. The town is built on seven islands, with a network of canals surrounding it. Most of these have later been filled in, but plans are afoot to reopen some again.

Elector Clemens August laid the foundation stone of this magnificent town hall, which enters the market place to the east. It was built in 1737-38 in place of a medieval building.

Childersburg, AL

    Childersburg is a city in Talladega county, in the U.S. state of Alabama. At the 2000 census the population was 4,927. It claims a history dating back before 1540, when it was noted as a village of the Coosa Nation visited by the Spanish explorer Hernando de Soto. The Alabama Army Ammunition Plant, important during World War II, was located 4 miles north of Childersburg.

Panama Canal

   The 48 mile-long waterway known as the Panama Canal allows ships to pass between the Atlantic Ocean and Pacific. It saves 8000 miles on a journey around South America. Panama was part of the country of Colombia who rejected United States plans to build a canal across the Isthmus The U.S. supported a revolution that led to the independence of Panama in 1903.

City Dock

   Here is the city dock webcam located in Saldovia Alaska. Seldovia is a city in Kenai Peninsula Borough, Alaska. The population was 286 at the 2000 census. There is no road system connecting the town to other communities, so planes and boats are used for transportation. The school and tourism-related businesses are the dominant employers in town.

Giraffe Cam

   This camera is sure to be everyones favorite. It is a webcam showing the giraffe's at the Colorado zoo. It's fun to watch the giraffes pass their specially designed draw bridge at 9:15 a.m. daily (MST) to go outside, and then return through the bridge to go inside for the night at 4 p.m. in the winter and 5 p.m. in the summer.

The extended Times Square area, also called the Theatre District, consists of the blocks between Sixth and Eighth Avenues from east to west, and West 40th and West 53rd Streets from south to north.

Autrain Lake

   Dana's Lakeside Resort on Au Train Lake in the great state of Michigan. Au Train Fishing anyone?. If you're into Michigan fishing, Au Train Lake offers up some nice bluegill, yellow perch and walleye fishing. There are also a few secluded brook trout in the lake.

Waynesville, OH

   Waynesville is a village in Wayne Township, Ohio. As of the 2000 census, the village population was 2,558, up from 1,949 in 1990. It is named for General "Mad" Anthony Wayne. The village, located at the crossroads of U.S. Route 42 and State Route 73, is known for its antique stores and its annual sauerkraut festival. Caesar Creek State Park is located five miles east of the village.

Yellowstone River

Winfield, AL

   Winfield is a small city situated in Northwest Alabama 30 miles from the Mississippi state line. It lies in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountain range. Long before the earliest settlers arrived, Indian tribes hunted in the forest and fished in the streams. The town was originally called Needmore, when  incorporated  the name was changed to Winfield

Kodiak Harbor

   Kodiak is proud to offer a full range of dockage, boat yard and marine services for commercial fishing vessels. Two harbors provide protected moorage for 650 vessels up to 150 feet in length. Two inner-harbor docks are available for vessels up to 120 feet. All vessels must register with the Harbormaster's office for moorage, services, and dockage.

Market Square

   Joensuu is the second largest city in Eastern Finland and the capital of North Karelia is located at the outfall of the river Pielisjoki in the Saimaa lake system. The city center is on the right bank of the river around the main square, where the town hall, museum, hotels and restaurants, shops.

Pier Cam

   Pier in Kill Deveil Hills, NC. Kill Devil Hills was incorporated March 6, 1953 and has a year-round population of almost 7,000. We are proud to be the site of the first heavier-than-air powered flight. On December 17, 1903, Wilbur and Orville Wright were successful in making four flights at the base of the big hill that is now a part of the Wright Brothers National Memorial.

National Geographic Adventure Magazine listed Seward among the top ten adventure-based outposts in America! Seward’s Small Boat Harbor is situated on the northern edge of Resurrection Bay.

Blowing Rock

Ski Resort at Blowing Rock, NC. The town is only 3 square miles yet is home to more than 100 shops, about two dozen restaurants, and nearly 20 hotels and inns. Blowing Rock was named "Prettiest Small Town in North Carolina" in a poll of in-state travel professionals and writers.

Gadsden, AL

   Weather camera in Gadsden AL, the county seat of Etowah County AL. The first substantial white settlement in what is now Gadsden was a village called "Double Springs". This was begun by a mixed American Indian and caucasian settler named John Riley when he built his house in 1825. This house became the stagecoach stop to Rome GA, still there today.

   Maui Mana Kai Beach WebCam in Hawaii. This camera has pan and tilt and often shows close ups of the beach. Maui beaches have long been rated as some of the best in the world. With so many diverse beaches, there is something for everyone, young and old, sunbathers to extreme sports enthusiasts.

Lake Wenatchee

   Lake Wenatchee, Washington, State Park is a 489-acre camping park with 12,623 feet of waterfront on glacier-fed Lake Wenatchee. The park has two areas, south park, which features areas for camping, swimming and horseback riding, and north park, which is in a less developed, forested section of the park and a quarter-mile walk from the lake.

Fishing Pier

   Good view of the water in Chatham Massachusetts. Visit the Chatham Fish Pier. The members of the fishing fleet make their run each suitable day to the fishing grounds from 3 to 100 miles off Chatham. Their catch consists of haddock, cod, flounder, lobster, pollock, dogfish, monkfish and halibut. The boats start returning to the pier shortly after noon, depending upon the tide.

Old Faithful

   Old Faithful is a cone geyser located in Wyoming, in Yellowstone National Park in the United States. Old Faithful was named in 1870 during the Washburn-Langford-Doane Expedition. It is also called the most predictable geographical feature on Earth erupting almost every 91 minutes. The geyser is part of the Old Faithful Historic District.

Galveston Beach

   Galveston Beach Cam in Texas with 32 miles of sun-drenched beaches are ideal places for numerous sports and leisure activities. To ensure the safety of visitors, the City of Galveston has banned alcohol consumption from most public beaches and the Seawall,.Open March thru October, Stewart Beach is a family-oriented beach.

Mammoth Hot Springs

   The Mammoth Site in Hot Springs, South Dakota, is the world’s largest mammoth research facility. You can tour an active paleontological dig site and view Ice Age fossils exhibited as they are found. Open year round, the Mammoth Site offers the museum visitor a 30-minute guided tour. Visitors to the museum observe first-hand a scientific excavation.

Royal Gorge

   The Royal Gorge of the Arkansas River has been a popular attraction in Colorado dating back to the late 1870’s. The first tourist train passed through the canyon on May 7, 1879 after many years of court battles – known as the Railroad Wars – between the Denver & Rio Grande. In 1929 Cañon City authorized the construction of the Royal Gorge Bridge.

Vernon, AL

Weather webcam from Vernon Alabama, a city in Lamar County, Alabama. At the 2000 census the population was 2,143. and the county seat of Lamar County. As of the census of 2000, there were 2,143 people, 953 households, and 630 families residing in the city. There were 1,070 housing units at an average density of 180.9 per square mile.

Table Rock

   Situated at the south-western tip of Africa, the Table Mountain National Park encompasses the scenic mountains stretching from Signal Hill in the north to Cape Point in the south and the seas. The narrow finger of land with its beautiful valleys, bays and beaches is surrounded by the waters of the Atlantic Ocean in the west and the warmer waters of False Bay.

Carrolton, AL

   This is the Pickens county courthouse in Carrolton, Alabama, the home of the image in the window of Henry Wells that will not go away. At the 2000 census the population was 987. The city is the county seat of Pickens County. The Pickens County courthouse was erected in 1877 Don’t miss the 2013 performance of "The Face In The Courthouse Window" at the Historic Pickens County Courthouse.

Grist Mill

   Glade Creek Grist Mill - Clifftop, WV. The Glade Creek Grist Mill is a new mill that was completed in 1976 at Babcock. Fully operable, this mill was built as a re-creation of one which once ground grain on Glade Creek long before Babcock became a state park. Known as Cooper's Mill, it stood on the present location of the park's administration building parking lot.

Auburn, AL

   The City of Auburn is home to Auburn University. Auburn is a thriving community of approximately 54,000 residents. Auburn is located along Interstate 85 in east central Alabama. A key contributor to the community is Auburn University, which brings to Auburn all of the educational and cultural opportunities associated with a world class university.

Japanese Laundromat

   As the title says, this is a webcam in a Japanese Laundromat. There's not too much to say about it, again it's a Laundromat. I don't see too many people on this webcam. That may be due to the time difference between Japan and the United States. I'm guessing the owners use the camera for security purposes, recording the activities.

Clearwater Beach Florida

   These Clearwater Beach webcams are courtesy of the city of Clearwater. Clearwater Beach, Florida, located 20 miles west of the Tampa International Airport, boasts 3 miles of sugar white sand, sparkling waters, marinas, attractions, nightlife, restaurants, and accommodations ranging from high-end resorts to old fashioned mom-and-pop motels. 

Jackson, WY

   Jackson is a town located in the Jackson Hole valley of Teton County, Wyoming, United States. The population was 9,577 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Teton County Jackson is a major gateway for millions of tourists visiting nearby Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone National Park, and the National Elk Refuge. Jackson is also in proximity to several ski resorts.

Jasper, AL

   Weather webcam in Jasper Alabama, located in northwest Alabama on the future Interstate Highway 22, Jasper is a thriving retail hub, and home to approximately 14,000 residents. Enjoying one of the top ranked education systems in the state, ongoing Park & Recreation programs and its close proximity to the outstanding recreation areas such as Smith Lake.

Hudson River

   Pier "A" on the Hudson River in Hoboken, New Jersey. The pier cam is now about 40 feet above sea level at 2 Hudson Place in Hoboken, NJ. The image is updated every 10 minutes. The time stamp on the image is EST (UTC minus 5 hours) in winter months and EDT (UTC minus 4 hours) otherwise.

Ferry

   Great webcam at the Seattle Washington Ferry. The ferry system has its origins in the "Mosquito Fleet", a collection of small steamer lines serving the Puget Sound area during the later part of the nineteenth century and early part of the 20th century. By the beginning of the 1930s, two lines remained: the Puget Sound Navigation Company and the Kitsap County Company.

The Leprechaun Watch

   The leprechaun fairy watch webcam is in a hidden location in the field in Tipperary, Ireland. This is an enchanted area, well known for magical associations. There is fairy ring close-by and you may see leprechauns and other Irish fairies such as pookas, banshees and merrows.

The Zoo Barn

   This WebCam is located at the Children's Barn at the Birmingham Zoo. The 122 acre zoo showcases some 750 animals. The zoo traces its beginnings to a Southside firehouse which was home to a small menagerie of animals. The only exotic animal the zoo had at the time was "Miss Fancy,'' an elephant donated to the zoo by the Birmingham Advertising Club.

Talladega, AL

   Talladega is approximately 50 miles east of Birmingham, Alabama. And home to the Alabama Institute for the Deaf and Blind and the Talladega Municipal Airport, a public general aviation airport. The Talladega Superspeedway, Talladega College and the International Motorsports Hall of Fame are located nearby.

Tacoma Washington

   Tacoma adopted its name after the nearby Mount Rainier, originally called Mount Tahoma. It is known as the "City of Destiny" because the area was chosen to be the western terminus of the Northern Pacific Railroad in the late 19th century. The decision of the railroad was influenced by Tacoma's neighboring deep-water harbor, Commencement Bay.

Barrow, Alaska

   Barrow, AK webcam on the Bering Sea, Barrow is the economic, transportation and administrative center for the North Slope Borough. Located on the Chukchi Sea coast, Barrow is the northernmost community in the United States.The community is traditionally known as Ukpeagvik, "place where snowy owls are hunted." Barrow was incorporated as a first-class city in 1958.

Calmuet, MI

   This is Main Street in Calmuet, MI. Calumet is a village in Calumet Township, Houghton County, in the U.S. state of Michigan's Upper Peninsula, that was once at the center of the mining industry of the Upper Peninsula. Also known as Red Jacket, the village includes the Calumet Downtown Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places

Jordan - Hare Stadium

   Jordan–Hare Stadium is the playing venue for Auburn University's football team located on campus in Auburn, Alabama, USA. The stadium is named for Ralph "Shug" Jordan, the University's winningest football coach, and Cliff Hare, a member of Auburn's first football team as well as Dean of the Auburn University School of Chemistry.

Bothell Cam

   The Bothell webcam at the University of Washington. Click on the name above to visit their site and see some of their other cameras. The university is a four-year undergraduate and graduate campus in northeast King County, one of the three campuses of the public University of Washington. The campus was established in 1990.

   This is the Cheyenne Wyoming Regional Airport, also known as Jerry Olson Field. It is a joint civil-military public airport located one mile north of the central business district of Cheyenne, a city in Laramie County, Wyoming, United States. Cullman, AL

   Weather camera in Cullman Alabama, located along Interstate 65, about 50 miles north of Birmingham. In the time before European settlement, the area that today includes Cullman was originally in the territory of the Cherokee Nation. The area was along a trail known as the Black Warrior's Path, which led from the Tennessee River to Florence, Alabama.

Isola del Giglio

   Like a pearl in an oyster, the small Giglio isle lies cradled by warm blue seas in the southern corner of the Tuscan Archipelago, 50 km south of Elba and 15 km from the mainland. Head for the sandy beaches and beautiful coves if you want to relax, or take one of the numerous hiking paths and explore the uncontaminated countryside of the Isola del Giglio.

Spain

   A view of the beach in Empuriabrava Spain located on the coast of Girona. Empuriabrava was originally built on a swamp, and transformed into a tourist community with original planning in 1964. On January 14, 2011 over 4000 properties were expropriated by the Spanish Government without compensation of any kind.

Peggy's Cove Lighthouse

  According to legend, Peggy's Cove in Nova Scotia, Canada was named after the only survivor of a schooner that ran aground and sank in 1800... a woman named Margaret. Local folk called her "Peggy" and her home came to be known as Peggy's Cove. The original lighthouse was built in 1868. Exactly 100 years later, in 1968 the Campbell family opened a five-table tea room.

Cloudcroft, NM

   Village of Cloudcroft, New Mexico. a village in Otero County, New Mexico, and is within the Lincoln National Forest. The population was 749 at the 2000 census. Despite being located in an otherwise arid region, its extremely high elevation (8,600 feet (2,600 m); one of the highest in the U.S.) allows for a relatively mild summer.

Italian Village

   The Palazzo Porto is a palace in Piazza Castello, Vicenza, northern Italy. It is one of two palazzi in the city designed by Andrea Palladio for members of the Porto family (the other is Palazzo Porto, for Iseppo Porto, in contrà Porti). Only two bays of it were ever built, beginning shortly after 1571. Why the patron, Alessandro Porto, did not continue with the project is not known

Giglio Porto

   The charming town of Giglio Porto is a colourful row of houses nestled along a cove between two piers, backed by a terraced hill. Sailing boats reflect on the crystal clear turquoise water of the island's only harbour. A commercial and tourist centre, with its waterfront bustling with people, cars coming and going and its restaurants constructed on stakes over the water.

Baddeck Harbor

   Baddeck Harbor, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Canada is considered to be the beginning and end of the world famous "Cabot Trail" and is situated in the heart of Cape Breton Island. It is a village in full bloom from spring to autumn with a kaleidoscope of colours displayed in baskets, boxes and gardens along its downtown shopping core.

Lake Malveno

   Lake Molveno in Trentino, Italy is the largest Italian natural alpine lake to be found over an altitude of 800 meters .In the post-glacial era ( 3000 to 4000 years ago) an enormous landslide obstructed the valley and originated Lake Molveno. The lake is about 3.3 sq. km: 4.4 km long and 1.5 km wide with an average depth of 50 m. In some points its depth reaches an astonishing 123 m.
